Is it hurting your business, I'm sure it definitely is. In this digital Era no one is untouched with a popular app like skype and many of us do our business communications only on Skype as it offers many features including screen sharing, video call and conference call. Since it has millions of active users worldwide and almost half of them are almost daily users, it becomes quite difficult for people with professional use. At this time there's no such solution if one can provide except skype however, to prevent a situation like this from next time make sure you share your email and phone number with your important contacts.
One positive thing, Its still working for those phone users who are 24/7 Online on it like me. :)
